Atwood's 8900 Series Propane Gas Furnaces are designed to be quiet and efficient. These Furnaces feature a burner and blower assembly that minimizes turbulence and increases airflow. The compact size, low profile, lightweight construction and vertical installation make these furnaces truly versatile. The Atwood Excalibur 8900 III Series Furnace come in capacities of 35,000 BTU and 40,000 BTU. The 8935 III DCLP and the 8940 III DCLP are 12 Volt DC Propane Gas Fired Units. While the 8935 III AC and the 8940 AC are 110 Volt AC and Both Propane or Natural Gas Fired. All of these units have Electronic Ignition. All of the Atwood Excalibur 8900 Series Furnaces measure 16 1/2'' W x 9 1/8'' H x 23 1/2'' D and have a Cut-Out size of 19 1/2'' W x 9 7/8 H. The Exterior Door and Thermostat are sold separately.We also stock the Atwood Excalibur XT 2540. These are 12 Volt- Propane Gas Fired 2 Stage Furnaces. These units are Physically the Same Size as the 8900 units and can Directly Replace them. These new 2 stage furnaces are touted as quieter units. This is because the blower fan speed is reduced once temperature is reached. By Maintaining Temperature at reduced fan speed yields quieter operation.
